Key Features:
Event Access and Registration
Once an attendee registers for an event, their registration is reviewed and approved by the event organizers. After approval, the attendee receives a confirmation email containing a unique QR code.
Upon arrival at the event, attendees can be checked in by event organizers using the EventHQ Authenticator App to scan the QR code received in the confirmation email. The app will then generate a new QR code for the attendees, which can be printed and attached to their ID cards. Once the new QR code is generated, the status of the attendees will be changed to "Checked-In."
Event Management
The app supports multiple events organized by the same organizer or host. They can easily select and manage the events they are interested in directly within the app.
Login Options:
OTP Login: This option is available for people who are external to the organization. They can log in using an OTP sent to their mobile number.
Email and Password: This login method is for the members of the company.
They can securely login using their company’s email and password credentials
